These nominal fees applied are not for profit. TrisPics Photography LLC works at a constant loss and charges these fees to help cover the cost of gas and hosting fees among other expenses that far exceed any profits earned.

• Unwatermarked Photos: Available for purchase with a model release acknowledgment from a parent, legal guardian or person given permission to purchase said photos, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania’s right of publicity laws (42 Pa.C.S. § 8316) and PIAA Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) regulations.
